Service Fees

We charge sellers a service fee of 3% of the final sale price, plus payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees help us maintain and improve the platform.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Funds are held in escrow until transactions are completed to protect both buyers and sellers.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are handled through our dispute resolution process. We reserve the right to mediate disputes and determine appropriate remedies.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Audio Corner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed

• Disputes between users

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL AUDIO CORNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audio Corner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
