Buying

How do I make a purchase?

Once you find an item you want to buy, click 'Buy Now' if available at the listed price, or use 'Make Offer' to propose a different price. You'll need to provide payment information, and funds are held securely until the transaction is complete.

What payment methods are accepted?

When do I receive payment?

Funds are released to your account after you mark the item as shipped and the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically after 7 days from delivery confirmation. This ensures both parties are satisfied with the transaction.

What fees do sellers pay?

We charge a service fee of 3% on the final sale price, plus payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30). These fees are deducted from your payout and help us maintain the platform and provide customer support.

Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes, you can edit your listings at any time through your profile. You can update descriptions, photos, and pricing. However, if you have pending offers, price changes may affect those negotiations.

You'll need to provide a valid bank account or PayPal account for payouts. We require verification of your identity and banking information to comply with financial regulations and ensure security.

Are there any payout limits?

New accounts may have temporary payout limits until identity verification is complete. Established accounts have higher limits. Contact support if you need to discuss your specific limits.
